EQUIPMENT
The
ProVIEW equipment record is used to setup your inventory of assets
that will be tracked and scheduled for maintenance. The record
stores all relevant information including ID, description, asset
number and so on. It also stores important warranty, accounting and
location information.
The
Clone button saves time and ensures consistent records by allowing
you to set up a master record and then you can clone it over and
over again for similar types of equipment.

ProVIEW
allows you to link one or more images for each piece of equipment
such as drawings, diagrams, photos, MSDS sheets or just about
anything that would help identify the equipment or make it safer to
maintain and operate.

Setting
up PM or inspection tasks is made easy by the use of drop-down list
boxes that link the the tasks from your maintenance task library to
the equipment record. Each task has it's own set of labor, parts,
tools and procedures. ProVIEW supports unlimited maintenance and
inspections tasks for each piece of equipment.

maintenance task.
