WORK ORDERS
The ProVIEW work order record is used to create your work orders from either PM based schedules, employee service requests or on-demand (un-scheduled). Simply select the equipment and task from the drop-down list boxes and assign a technician to do the work. ProVIEW automatically fills out the rest of the fields for you. To print (or email) a work order, just click the [Print W.O.] button.

ProVIEW allows you to print work orders with or without equipment images. Before it prints, it displays on screen so you can see exactly what it will look like when it prints.

To see a sample work order in detail, click here.  ProVIEW allows you to control the colors, fonts, page margins and other aspects of your work orders (and all other reports too). If you like, you can even personalize your reports with your company's name and logo.
