SERVICE REQUESTS
The ProVIEW service request entry module allows any authorized employee to issue a service request. After review of the service request by the maintenance department supervisor, it can automatically be converted into a work order record. This makes the process of on-demand maintenance tasks more streamlined and efficient.

Service requests can be setup for either single-step (default) or two-step approvals for greater control of the work being requested

SERVICE REQUEST MODULE OPTION

For users that you don't want to have access to the full version of ProVIEW, the optional Service Request Module allows these users in your organization to also create service requests, but via a separate stand-alone software module.
