Keeping track of your company's expensive tools is important for cost control, loss prevention and improved utilization of these assets. ProVIEW keeps track of all your tools and service equipment. as well as the manufacturer, supplier, cost and purchase date . It tracks where your tools are now, where they should be stored and what equipment they can be used on. 

Extra fields (user-defined) are included to track other information that is important to you (for example, safety-related or environmental notes). You can rename these extra user-defined fields to anything you want in the ProVIEW settings screen.
