REPORTS
ProVIEW generates a variety of standard reports that are flexible and allow you to filter on your records using exact or partial matches. Reports can be output to your printer or emailed to recipients in a variety of formats to save time and paper. 

To enter a filter, either click on the list box or enter a filter value. For example, if you entered "*Compressor*" into the description filter field, then the report would include all work orders that contained "Compressor" in its description.

Reports settings can be adjusted to suit your preference including margins, orientation (landscape or portrait), printer (locally attached or on the network) and more. 

REPORT EDITOR OPTION
You can create new reports or modify existing report designs using the optional ProVIEW Report Editor module. The Report Editor gives you complete control over how your reports will be formatted, which fields will be printed as well as powerful sorting and filtering capabilities.
