UTILITIES
ProVIEW includes a number of utility functions and settings to customize how the program operates and how your reports will look (colors, fonts, etc.).

One of the many utilities is called "Job Calendar". This displays a color-coded calendar of your maintenance jobs and total hours for each day. You can set the color thresholds depending on your available resources. For example, you can have the day turn red if you exceed 60 hours in a day, since that would mean you are over scheduled and overtime would be required. 

To see the details of what is scheduled on any particular day, you would just click on it.

Other utilities such as Export / Import allow you to export your records to other programs (such as Excel) or import records from other programs into ProVIEW.
